Review By Emelia:

The best graphic design app for mobile that I've been using for over a decade is PicsArt. I prefer it over Adobe's mobile options. While Photoshop is unbeatable for desktop, PicsArt is perfect for mobile. I've found it worth every penny, especially the Gold version, because I use it a lot. I appreciate that they're always updating and adding new features. Thanks for making such a great product! -

I've used the free PicsArt app for years. It's great, but has limitations like limited fonts and no direct sharing option. Once you edit something, you can't make specific changes without undoing everything. They briefly had a layers feature which was handy but removed it. It's frustrating as I can't rearrange elements easily. Bringing back layers would make it perfect! -
